Texas Field Sales Manager: (Ft. Worth)
Background: Electro Enterprises, Inc. is a 40 year old privately held Woman Owned Small Business Value-Add Distributor. Our Market Focus is Mil/Aero Defense and Aviation. Our product focus is Military Circular Connectors, Connector accessories and QPL Electro-Mechanical Devices.
Scope: This position has some overnight travel. Most of the travel is specific to Texas, New Mexico and select accounts in South Carolina. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of field sales experience focused on Mil/Defense and Aviation Market. You will call on traditional customers and prospect accounts to grow the Texas Branch. The Field Sales Manager is in front of the customer typically Monday thru Thursday with an office day on Friday which is time manage paperwork and schedule calls for the following week.
Compensation: This position is a full time position. It has a base salary, commissions paid on a monthly basis (after the customer check has cleared), car allowance, employee contribution medical and dental insurance, 401K plan and paid vacation, and cell phone payment of $75 per month. You must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, professional appearance and computer skills are a plus. You must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Reporting: This position Reports to The Director of Sales, however the Field Sales Manager also gets direction from the Texas Branch Manager and input from the Account Manager.

Maryland Account Manager: (Eldersburg, MD)
Background: Electro Enterprises, Inc. is a 40 year old privately held Woman Owned Small Business Value-Add Distributor. Our Market Focus is Mil/Aero Defense and Aviation. Our product focus is Military Circular Connectors, Connector accessories and QPL Electro-Mechanical Devices.
Scope: This position is a direct customer contact sales position. This position does not require any travel or face to face customer contact. The main thrust and duties is timely response to customer inquiries for price and delivery. The successful candidate must have reasonable computer skills with Microsoft Office, excel, have good to better communication skills both written and oral, Part Number recognition is a definite plus. Sales experience 6 months minimum. The successful candidate must have dependable transportation.
Compensation: This is a base salary position, plus a monthly commission. Commissions are paid when the customers check has been processed. Employee contribution medical and dental insurance, 401K available and paid vacation.
Reporting: This position reports to the Maryland Branch Manager
